Stone of Help LLC was founded by Naeyjalite Baez, a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over nine years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her professional journey began as a Behavior Technician, and over the years she has gained hands-on experience in clinical, school, home, and community settings, serving individuals ranging from 18 months to 20 years old. Naeyjalite, known affectionately as Naly, brings a unique blend of clinical excellence and heartfelt compassion to her work. She is deeply committed to building strong, authentic relationships with families—often going above and beyond to sit with them, listen, and support them through every step of their journey. Her approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change begins with connection. Stone of Help was born out of Naly’s passion to transform the field of ABA by raising the standard for care. She envisioned a practice where evidence-based strategies are delivered through a lens of grace, truth, and unwavering support.
