Step 1: Initial Contact & Inquiry

Reach out to us through our website or by phone. We’ll schedule a free consultation to answer your questions, learn about your child, and explain how ABA therapy works.

Step 2: Intake Paperwork

We’ll guide you through completing our intake forms, which gather information about your child’s background, needs, and goals. This helps us start building a picture of how to best support your family.

Step 3: Insurance Verification

Our team will verify your insurance benefits to determine your ABA coverage and review any out-of-pocket costs with you before moving forward. We work hard to ensure transparency and accessibility.

Step 4: Clinical Assesment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive behavioral assessment. This includes observations, interviews, and developmental history to evaluate your child’s current skills, behaviors, and needs.
